Quality Based System
| RBK Manufacturing Incorporated specializes in multi-axis machining. In fact, seventy-five percent of our equipment is multi-axis. Which means our machine shop can mill and turn in 4 or more axis in one set-up. We are able to work on many aspects of the parts at the same time. For example, we can turn diameters and grooves, mill a wrench hex and drill cross-holes all in one operation while holding very close tolerances. Therefore, what would normally take a traditional manufacturing company many operations to complete (each allowing for human error), RBK has automated to perform in one or two operations. This reduces handling and decreases manufacturing run time, which increases quality with very competitive pricing. |
| RBK manufactures parts for many industries. We make specialty connectors for microwave communications companies, the Mars Satellite project, the Mars Lander, and The International Space Station. CNC's in our machine shop regularly hold tolerances to +/-. 0003 while producing thousands of parts per run. We manufacture critical parts for commercial airplanes, as well as military helicopters, fighter planes, and nuclear submarines. RBK makes medical instruments too, such as optical retina surgery tools as well as various types of dental equipment. We machine virtually all materials including high heat treat alloy steel, medical stainless steel, high and low carbon steel, all aluminum, brass, copper, beryllium copper, titanium, magnesium, and many plastics. RBK has a variety of CAD/CAM systems and the engineering to help make your products the very best they can be while maintaining or reducing budgetary constraints. Our system can verify the cutter path at the computer before the first cut is made. |
