The geared 20Hp motor with 24.00" x 48.00" x 25.00" vertical work envelope and fully programmable 4th-axis machining allows a great deal of flexibility and exceptional accuracy. For example, we have drilled eleven .020" +. 001/-.000 diameter holes holding +/-.002 hole location on orders quantities of 900 parts and have also "hogged out" solid blocks 12.00" x 12.00" x 12.00". The 4th-axis is able to hold parts 10 inches on the diagonal and can be machined on 4 sides in one operation.
