RBK has a highly qualified conventional machining department as well. Here we can make custom tooling, and jig fixtures. We also do close tolerance light assembly. In our honing department we have honed .1875 diameter over two inches long holding a total tolerance of .0001 verified by an outside laboratory.

The conventional machining department is primarily for custom tooling work, R&D, and short run work. These machine services include turning, milling, honing, grinding, tap and die and punch pressing, also specialize in light assembly.
